Our General Assembly 2021 took place in a special online edition due to the pandemic over the weekend.
Following the GA, FITB is pleased to make the following announcements.
We welcome Costa Rica and Sri Lanka as new members into our FITB Family and also Bangladesh and Nepal as Full Members, approved by the General Assembly.
Mr Chris Huang has been elected as the President by the General Assembly. President-Elect Mr Huang and his Executive Committee will take over from outgoing President Mr Fang officially in a month's time.
President-elect Chris would like to share a short message below:
"I wish to thank the 37 member countries and representatives who attended the 5 hours long General Assembly. I also wish to thank President Fang and his Executive Committee for all their hard work and special thanks to candidate Chiara.
Many of us are still in the midst of the pandemic so please take care of yourself. I wish that we can play tchoukball together soon.
