FITB Membership Categories
A National Federation may apply to be a member of the FITB in accordance with our FITB Bylaws. We’ve provided more information below about the membership categories we offer. Applying for Membership? Click here!
FULL MEMBER
Our Full Members have voting rights at our FITB General Assembly, the supreme decision-making body in the FITB. We have ethical fees determined by World Bank economic zones, ensuring that countries pay an amount that is proportionate to their means. National Federations may apply directly at this level.
Full Members may also host prestigious world-tier competitions.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER
Our Associate Members are from newer countries who are establishing themselves in their country. They pay a small initial fee rising over 5 years to the minimum Full Member rate. Whilst they can’t vote, they may attend the General Assembly and raise issues.
Associate Members may also host continental competitions and FITB-endorsed invitational events.

FITB REPRESENTATIVE
FITB Representatives are individuals who are recognised by the FITB as being the lead contact in a country. They will have provided a signed agreement and will be officially endorsed by us. This is generally the very first step in a country’s development of tchoukball.
