Delane Lim: 2025 – present

The International Sports Federation for Tchoukball (FITB) proudly welcomes Dr. Delane Lim, DBA, MSc, BA, PGDipHCM, PGDipTD, as its new President. A respected academic, seasoned sports administrator, and passionate advocate for youth development, Dr. Lim brings with him a wealth of experience spanning education, leadership, governance, and international sport.

Currently serving as President of Tchoukball Singapore and the Southeast Asia Tchoukball Federation, as well as Vice President of the Asia Pacific Tchoukball Federation, Dr. Lim has been instrumental in advancing the sport across the region. His expertise extends beyond tchoukball, with distinguished roles such as Certified International Olympic Council Sport Administrator, former Secretary-General and current Director of Singapore Bowling, and Executive Director of the Character & Leadership Academy. He also serves as Secretary-General of the Outdoor Learning & Adventure Education Association, National Representative of the International Association for Suicide Prevention, and is a Certified Mediator specializing in change management, governance, and leadership.

In his new role as President of FITB, Dr. Lim will lead with a clear vision:

“To leave a lasting legacy through athlete-centric growth, inclusivity, intentional succession planning, and strong governance—uniting the global community as a bridge for future generations.”

His responsibilities will include setting strategic directions for FITB, overseeing coaching and technical commissions, fostering partnerships with continental federations, driving governance and resource development, and ensuring strong succession planning to nurture future leaders of the sport.

With his diverse leadership background, commitment to athlete development, and proven track record in sports administration, Dr. Delane Lim is well-positioned to guide FITB into its next era of global growth and unity.
